On March 28, 2016, The Voice of Business (VoB) unveiled its seventh issue in the presence of prominent figures. The chief guest was Dr. Debapriya Bhattacharya, macroeconomist and distinguished Fellow of the Center for Policy Dialogue. Prof. Dr. Md. Kamal Uddin, Treasurer of the University of Dhaka, and Prof. Dr. Shibly Rubayat Ul Islam, Dean of FBS, were present at the event. Ishtiaq Ahmed, CEO of Omera Petroleum Ltd, was also in attendance.
The second session of the day featured an entrepreneurship seminar. The session's speakers included Minhaz Ahmed, founder of Better Stories Bangladesh, Fahad Ifaz, M4P Project Lead in Myanmar, Private Sector and Market Development (M4P) Consultant, and Ferdous Mottakin, Founder, VISA Thing.
On the second day of "VoB Week 2016," a seminar on female leadership was held. Zara Mahbub, Head of Communication and Service Quality at Ericsson Bangladesh, Prof. Dr. Mehtab Khanam, a renowned counselor, Najia Andaleeb Preema, Director of Bangladesh Brand Forum, and Jesmin Ehsan, Chief Financial Officer at Ericsson Bangladesh were the session's speakers. On the third day, VoB organized a "Youth Carnival." The carnival was attended by youth organizations BYLC, Social Business Youth Network, JAAGO Foundation, Community Action, ActionAid, PDF, and BASIS. On March 31, the event concluded with a gathering of former and current VoB members.
